Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this 4-week beginner-friendly series is designed to gently introduce you to the essentials of yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation. Each 60 minute class builds confidence through clear instruction, supportive pacing, and a welcoming environment that honors your unique body and experience level.
You’ll learn:
* Foundational poses to build strength, balance, and flexibility
*Breath awareness techniques (pranayama) to calm the nervous system
*Simple meditation practices to enhance focus and reduce stress
*Modifications and alignment cues tailored to your needs
*How to carry mindfulness off the mat and into your daily life
No flexibility required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Yoga mats and props provided, or bring your own.
