Hatha Yoga is a gentle-paced class that emphasizes basic pose alignment and mindful movement. Participants are guided through foundational postures with time to explore each pose more deeply, supporting proper form, stability, and body awareness.

This practice helps build core strength while encouraging a grounded, meditative experience through steady movement and breath. The slower pace allows participants to develop confidence, strength, and focus at a comfortable level.

Hatha Yoga is well suited for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and move at a pace that supports their individual practice.
